Dana 44 modification class.....

Fallston Fab will have a set of waggy axles in the next few days..


Our plans are to clean them up. Cut off all old brackets. Grind and make pretty and then set them up with a set of new 4.56's and possibly new brake hardware when I see what all is there..

I plan to get some truss's designed and get Adam to teach us how to correctly weld..

We will be doing this as a shop project and learning to set up new gears as we go. I have a friend who is experienced but only gonna be there if we need him. We want to use this as a learning tool..


Once we finish we will have a nice set of waggy's that will be available for purchase........


We will even be able to aquire the correct brackets for a TJ or YJ setup.......

let me know when you are going to set up the gears I would love to learn how to do that.

sounds like some fun stuff. I would love to learn the gearing and welding. when is this happening.

I will get with the master and see when we can start this project.. Gears will be in a few weeks..

I have been having Fallston Fab withdrawls... Its sad, I actually have been thinking about some projects around my own house...
