| Welcome to the forum The two door or four door jeeps do very well on the trials. So it is up to you what your personal needs are there is alot more room in the 4 door but is harder to get throught the tight trails. My daughter has a 4 door with an auto trans I am very impress with how it does on the trails. I perfer a stick on the trails I feel you have more control of the jeep. when you get your jeep join us on one of our trail rides. | |

| it hard to say if longer wheelbase wheels better. It is more stable on the trail than the shorter wheel base plus the width of the JK is more stable here is a pic of a 4 door [img] [/img] [img] [/img] | |

| I've never wheeled anything but 2 door jeeps, and I would say if you plan on having 2 passengers with any frequency then a 4 door is the way to go. But if you plan on flying solo, or just riding with a spotter, then the occasional 3rd passenger won't mind the 2 door. Not to mention your driving will play a big part in your decision. Some people can drive tractor trailers down foot pathes without hesitating. Also, welcome! | |
