| That would be a sick ride. I can't wait til he is done with it so there is a real picture of it. I wouldn't go that far as to say I would give up the Duramax for it. | |

| Yeah, sell the Duramax; it's not like you would be giving up a Powerstroke..............now that would be crazy!!! | |

Did you see that new commercial with the Silverado pulling the Dodge and Tundra out of the mud??? I watched the making of it and it was a Ford in the beginning but they couldnt get the commercial approved because the driver was "POWERSTROKIN" while waiting for the Chevy to pull him out............ | |

| You could always build a JK Crush with a D-Max in it. | |

| That would be some sick power and a very very tight engine bay. I have seen the hemi swap and that is tight, so I could imagine the duramax. | |

| Too much power for a Jeep frame... A friend brought me some magazines while in the hospital and one was a Diesel magazine.. There are quite a few vehicles stuffed with Duramaxes now...... A very nice 70 Chevelle with a twin turbo duramax.. Im a diehard Duramax guy but must admit I am pretty lost when it comes to diesel performance.. There are so many different routes to go with a diesel.. I would love to chip the 08 like I had the 03 but the 100k warranty is just too sweet to mess with.. Plus I walk all over Tom's Ford's climbing the last hill on 81 so there really is no need. | |

| That's funny. I would love to hemi the JK but it cost a mint to have it done somewhere around 20-25k and to do it myself would still be around 15k. There are some power mods for the stock motor but some the cost out weighs the increase. When you feel up to it give me a call and I will come visit. I don't want to slow down your healing process. I do have a list of mods I want for the jeep just have to see where everything falls after I come home from being deployed and tax time. I have been pulled into wanting a winch( no pun intended there). Well enough about the wants I have except for you to get well and stay well so we all can wheel and enjoy the outdoors. | |

| Just not feeling up to trash talking or anything tonight. I have had about 15 tons of stress added to my already stressful life. | |
