PaJeeps

The PaJeeps show is fast approaching and Rick has given us the choice to have a 8x10 area on stage or a 15x40 on the ground. I have advised Rick we would like the ground spot. I did so because a few have mentioned being there with a display and having some jeeps on display.

I need a confirmation from who is planning on attending and what days and times you will be there.


Will you be bringing your jeep and do you plan on helping at a tent set up if we do one.


I know its hard to plan ahead and things always come up. Unfortunately we need a firm commitment if you are planning to help out.

I will spend the entire weekend there if others plan to help out and run a tent setup for the club.

We have one sign made up already representing Chris L and his competition poster. We can finish the other sign with pictures representing the members of the club if we plan to use it. Tom R. and I spent some considerable time working on the first sign and we didnt use it because we didnt have our planning done ahead of time.

It takes some time and dedication from other members to really have a booth representing our club in a positive manner.


Lets not drop the ball on this event like the club did last year. Quite a few of us showed up last year for the event but do to no advanced notice of what we were to do no one had a clue. A few members stepped up at the last minute and helped on the rti ramp but that was by pure luck.


There are over 40 paid members and 51 forum members. Who is working towards the better of the club?????


Every day atleast 12 -18 members are signed in. It takes more than a few to keep a club running in a positive manner.

If we dont get participation then we will give up our spot to others that might want it..Let me know...

I will be showing my jeep in the PA Jeep show. I will be there and can work a time slot at our tent but I can not be at the tent the whole show. When you are in the show you need to vote for other jeeps in the show so you have to walk around a look at the other jeeps. So Sunday would be the best time for me to work the tent. Let me know how I can help.

I have very little control over my business schedule but barring any conflicts I will be there for the whole show. Are there any camping facilties available? I know how much you like to camp Matt so I am sure you have checked in to this!! :P

And I regret that remark......... I camp everytime I go to Rausch.. Camping at the Comfort Inn ...

ummmm lol i am from pa and where is the pajeep show at???? and there is camping like camp comfort also i need to know when it is so maybe i can make it

I want to go to show my Jeep. I would be willing to help in a time slot on Sunday also when my dad is helping if you need me.
