Quadratec/UPS

Not sure which one I am more pissed off at...

I called Quadratec on Tuesday and asked about a skid plate and when it would arrive.. Immediate response was "It will ship today and be there tomorrow or Thursday".

I set up appointment with Appalachian for Monday to have oil pan and skid done since it has to be modified for my setup..

No skid Wed or Thursday...

Just now the UPS truck stops two doors down..

Approach driver and he says the package shows on his truck but is not there... States UPS is so far behind its not funny.. Then he says "We dont do Saturday deliveries like we used to when behind because they dont have payroll'..

What the F&^K??

Out of frustration I call Quadratec to see what the deal was... If they had knowledge of UPS being behind..

Immediate response was "What do you want me to do"

Well, considering as much as you ship and you are making statements that packages would arrive on a certain date then I would assume you would have some type of contact with UPS..

Its totally UPS's fault.............he says.

I made the statement if I would of known they were behind I would of gladly paid the extra shipping to guarantee it being here........

He states " NO need for express shipping"...

UMMM , dumbazz... Apparently there was need!!!!!!!


I understand UPS is the one behind.. I also understand that customer service is not the greatest quality of this individual.........


I guess when I scream at my associates for their poor customer service and they question why I am so upset it should make sense now that People just dont get it...

Customer service sucks in this country.............

what does the tracking number tell you about the shippment?

I like ordering for them because it shows up the next day without paying the extra cash.

Now the people that work in parts department that pick the item has made many mistakes I had them ship the same wrong part three times. It cost them more in shpping than the part cost. but they did pay all the extra costs

They told me at 4pm it shows it left my area warehouse at 5am.

UPS driver said it shows on his truck.. NOT there.. He also said he loaded truck... IMAGINE THAT..

He stated he would check on Monday and bring first thing.. Doesnt do me any dam good.. I have to reschedule just in case.


More pissed at Quadratec about their dam attitude....

You cant tell me that when you ship as much as they do, none of the drivers that pick up say anything about being backed up...

Matt, you know I just went through the same thing waiting for my TBI, 4-wheeler bumper, and Sirius radio. They were all supposed to be delivered last Thursday and I did not receive them until this Tuesday. The UPS tracking system is a f.....g joke. Every day it would say the package was due to deliver and then it would say that "my package has experienced an exception". My package has what............? After last week you can f.....g have UPS; I will go with the good ole USPS from now on!

Now I really think they both suck.....

I ordered the jeep parts on Tuesday and they still arent here from West Chester Pa which is 67 miles...

27 hours ago I ordered the diesel additive from Blue Ridge Diesel in Salem va which is 267 miles and it got here from Federal Express..


I even got the tracking number from Quadratec and Ups number and tried picking up from terminal which is 7 miles away and they are closed....


I see that Federal Express works on Saturday.. Why the hell doesnt UPS..

Federal Express shipping was cheaper than Ups for the diesel additive

I was going to suggest picking it up when we were talking earlier, but figured you had thought of it.

It's funny you bring up UPS and delivery from Quadratec. I was pricing the skidplates I want on both Quadratec and 4WD. I find it hard to swallow the shipping from both I found another website that was about 75 bucks cheaper then both of them. Which even if I was to drive to West Chester and pick them up would still cost me more then buying them from xtremeterrain.com. Not saying I would not be pissed off too. You have kept it cooler then I would have Matt or you are censoring yourself on here.

bought some swaybar links for my daugthers Jeep order them from Quadratec on Wed. and were on my doorstep on Thurs standard shipping. let's here it for Quadratec
