| So I got a notice in the mail today that my Jeep is being recalled for the tow bar. Apparently it may detach from the vehicle if towing and cause a crash. I am waiting to see if I get one for the transmission fluid temp warning system. "FLUID COULD BOIL OVER AND MAY COME INTO CONTACT WITH A HOT ENGINE OR EXHAUST COMPONENT AND CAUSE A FIRE." I love my Jeep! | |

Yeah mine shudders when backing up a hill. The dealer keeps tell me it is normal for my Rubicon to do this no matter how many times I take it in. I have given up I want to blow the trans up and put a new one in :)

| Autoor manual tranny? An auto should not do it. I have had manuals that did it but they were old and clutches were going. | |

It is an auto, I have told them over and over again but they won't do anything about it. It is we can't reproduce it or it is normal. I am giving up and putting my air intake, skid plate, diff covers and taking out on the trails and having fun. If the trans goes up I am going to put a manual in it.
