I am posting this announncement on behalf of Vannessa Knoll:
Hello everyone,
It is that time of year again and this year it is actually on Halloween Day!
The agency I work for, Robert A. Pascal Youth and Family Services (RAPYFS),
is having their forth annual fundraising 5K Run & Halloween One Mile Fun
Walk for Mental Health on Saturday, October 31. Registration begins at 8:30
am and the run begins at 9 am with the one-mile fun walk to follow at 9:05
am. Costumes are encouraged and prizes are given for best masters overall
(first, second, third), male overall (first, second, third), female overall
(first, second, third), youth overall (first, second, third), and best
costumes for adult, youth, child and baby.
RAPYFS is a non-profit youth and family service bureau that provides mental
health counseling to children, adolescents and adults in Anne Arundel County
and surrounding areas. Sadly, we are not fully funded and rely on donations
and contributions in an effort to meet the many requests for help from
families in our county.
Attached is a flyer for anyone who may wish to run/walk and support mental
health for families in Anne Arundel County. RAPYFS is also accepting
donations of food, prizes and money to help support the runners and walkers
on race day, October 31.
I greatly appreciate your attention and any participation you may be
able to give,
Cheers,
Vanessa
