The Association is required to hold its annual meeting every November. The primary purpose of the meeting is to select the BOD of directors for the next year. A major topic for this meeting will be discussion on the future of MAFWDA as an organization.

MAFWDA BOD positions are 2 year terms. For this nomination & election cycle the following BOD positions need to be filled:

Vice President - Vacant
Treasurer - Currently filled by Clair Kauffman (PA Jeeps). 2 year term ends 12/31/2009
Director of Conservation/Land Use/Environmental Affairs - Vacant
Director of Marketing - Vacant

Also MAFWDA is in need of a Newletter Editor. This position needs to be filled also.

Currently Tico Carrera is curently the MAFWDA President (term ends 12/31/2010).
Mike Vincenty (CORE) is currently the MAFWDA Secretary (term ends 12/31/2010).

All MAFWDA members should make an effort to attend this very important meeting. Please distribute this notice to all members in your clubs.

The meeting will be held at Casa Mia's in Perry Hall.
